As much I love swimwear, I love clothes probably even more. There is a sparkle in my eyes every time I see a nice piece of clothing. My mind goes in a million different ways about how to style it and where I can wear it. I started Apricoss with the swimwear by chance, it was not planned this way, but I am very happy I did. I learned a lot and was able to create a distinctive style for apricoss swimwear. This season I want to start with a new direction. Every three months I will create an easy to wear, unique, limited edition series, eye-catching piece made with deadstock fabric. I hope you will enjoy my new creations as much as you enjoy my swimwear.

What is deadstock fabric?

Deadstock fabrics are leftover fabrics of other fashion houses that overestimated their needs. Traditionally, brands would hold on to their excess fabrics for a few seasons and then send them to the landfills. We rescue these deadstock fabrics before they are thrown away and we turn them into beautiful pieces.

What is a limited series edition?

Because we use deadstock, we rarely find large quantities of any one fabric. Small rolls mean small production runs. Oftentimes, we make only 10 dresses in a specific fabric or print. It's the perfect win/win. We get beautiful fabric without polluting the planet, the landfills aren’t quite as packed, and you get a one-of-a-kind Apricoss piece that was handmade in Morocco by a young artist.
